ORDER PREPARATION AND DISPATCH

When we need to prepare a custom order it usually takes 2 or 3 business days. We always strive to do our best to send your order as soon as we can. We prepare and ship orders only during the working days, which means Monday to Friday and weekends are not included in this period. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of shipping days. Keep this in mind if you need your order to come on time! You need to know that sending (preparing) and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes, which means each of them needed its term to be made.

When customisation has a question, so please do understand, that we cannot process your order immediately and dispatch will delay until the question will be answered.

Non customised (non-personalised) products are dispatched within 1-2 working days.


THE PROCESS OF PRODUCT CREATION:

When we receive an order, details are sent straight away to our designers, and they make the design.
After that, the design is sent to production, and they start to make the product: cut, engrave, colourise, paint and so on.
And then, after that, the product is packed into packaging and attaching the shipping labels. (We do not put paperwork inside).
Please note that we start the order immediately, even product is not marked as dispatched.
So, when you place an order and ask to cancel, it means that someone has already spent time on your order that's why we do not accept cancellations.


DELIVERY TIMES:

Most of our products are with free delivery service.

On our free delivery service, you can expect to take delivery of your order within 16-30 calendar days. Preparation and dispatch are not included. Normally comes in 2-3 weeks, but we add extra time for unexpected delays which are quite often in these difficult times. Track and trace information available. "Track & trace" means, that our courier confirms of order's receiving and then no tracking way from their warehouse.

Faster delivery takes 8-15 calendar days. Preparation and dispatch are not included. You can track your order from the beginning until your door.

Express delivery takes 2-7 working days. This delivery service is 2-3 business days worldwide. Sometimes happens, that parcel is delayed somewhere in customs or the logistics, so it might delay 2-3 days, but the max delivery time is 7 business days including dispatch time.
Why is express delivery so expensive? It is because of the queue in our process line. When we receive this kind of order, we stop all our current orders and take the priority of this express delivery. It means, that designers take this order's details first and send it to production. There are makes only your order and pack separately from all other orders and give the packaging to the courier. And after this process, we go back to our normal standard routine.

If you are not in when the courier attempt to deliver, will be left a card through your door and you will be able to collect your item from your local courier depot, local parcel shop or arrange re-delivery.

CUSTOMS, VAT, CHARGES, TAXES

No customs or VAT charge within Europe as we are a European based company. We collect taxes from all European countries and pay taxes to European countries where we have received sales. We are VAT registered business and we can supply VAT invoices when require, please contact us. Businesses are welcome for ordering from us. We can sell products to businesses without VAT charges which value more than 150 euros, but you must be VAT registered in your country and pay your local taxes. Some European countries are not in the Europe VAT zone, so there are some other rules for VAT collection.


For United Kingdom customers:

You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135 (GBP) (VAT is ZERO)



For United States customers:

You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than $40 (USD). Items total value under $40 shipped by courier will be duty and tax-free.

The total combined cost above $40 (USD) and up to $150 (USD) will be duty-free, but taxes will still apply. The customer (receiver) pays taxes.



For Canada customers:

You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than $40 (CAD). Items total value under $40 shipped by courier will be duty and tax-free.

The total combined cost above $40 (CAD) and up to $150 (CAD) will be duty-free, but taxes will still apply. The customer (receiver) pays taxes.
